Surprisingly yes. It's not all that much of a downgrade considering that Wii version is ugly as shit. Ideally, the game should be played on an emulator with fixes and texture improvements applied.

N3DS is only really worth it if you hack it, desu. Being able to play SNES roms natively is pretty good, and the improved loading times are much more noticeable on hacked firmware.
