No
Yes, especially with the someguy quest series.
Yes, but make it a point to avoid and ignore the community.
Yes, needs a few mods to fix graphical/gameplay issues. I.E. It vanilla can't use >4GB of RAM.
It has its technical and gunplay problems but the roleplay elements are some of the best if you really want to play in a 3d environment.
Also look up The Frontier mod that should release this year. Seems pretty interesting.
yes
Fuck you man, making me want to reinstall that piece of shit game with your shitty pic
4GB is included in the GOG release
There are better options.
FO4 was comfy but got boring
Take that list, flip it upside down, switch fnv with fo2 and perfect.
Are people still bitching about MZ? Goddamn it's not even canon.
Is
Fallout 1: Fixt (pure)
Fallout 2: Restoration
F3&NV: Tale of Two Wastelands
The best mods to roll with for the best enhanced vanilla experience?
ToTW has a lot of bugs exclusive to it. Just apply the unofficial patch to FO3 and YUP to NV. Also, most versions of FO1 are censored, but there are patches out there that correct it.
if you care about story/world building/roleplay options, yes
gameplay/graphics is not going to blow anyone away

inb4 some underaged faggot calls me a shill
It isn't even an old game.
No.
>Play Fallout 1 for the first time
>Pretty solid game, though it hasn't aged well and is pretty overrated
>Play Fallout 2 for the first time
>Total garbage, can't even finish it
What went wrong?
But Fallouts 1 and 2 were just as linear desu famalamadingaling
...
Memes. Atmosphere changed from lonely and desolate to outright goofy. What NMAfags won't tell you is that FO2 and Tactics were hated on and shit on just as much as the beth titles.
I remember the shaman guy creeping me the fuck out when I was 12 or so
>Yes, but make it a point to avoid and ignore the community.
Good answer.
>maybe if I post it this time I'm going to be right!
meant for
Absolutely. NV is the best Western RPG of the 2010's.
It's actually the gameplay that made me hate Fallout 2. I could forgive the awful combat of Fallout 1 because there was barely any of it and I could get most equipment by the time I got to the Hub. Fallout 2 is so long that I'm constantly getting ambushed by thugs stronger than my entire party because there's no good equipment until the final areas of the game. And there's a lot more "kill all 50 enemies in this cave" quests then there were in Fallout 1.
Do you have a sixth sense whenever that pic is posted or something? You sperg out everytime and only proceed to make people think it's true.
Which it is for the most part. I'm guessing you were totally okay with the FO3 I AM SILLY comics?
Now that the earth has moved 2017 times around the sun since jesus died, the game you call Fallout: New Vegas magically become really bad and is not worth playing
>moved 2017 times
We have a winner
1 and 2 were flawed but they were fun games that didn't try to be too broad in scope to the point where the game fell apart, they were pseudo-linear and told a story like pretty much every crpg of the time
everything bethesda cranks out is tainted with this weird lingering shit feeling and never feels like a finished product, new vegas is the best of the 3 but even then it's still the golden turd in a shit sundae
fallout tactics was good too
to each his own
I personally thought 3 was a great tribute to 1. It feels like fans worked on it, as opposed to FO4.
