What? You can do everything in your first playthrough in like 30 hours.. it's one of the shortest games I've ever played frankly. I love it for that but it isn't at all long, my first time beating it was without a memory card

I was already halfway finished with this after 40 hours, how can you call it long?

Seriously? If I'm in a speedrunning mood I can clear this any% in 40 hours tops.

I dont think i got the absolutely best ending but a single picture and a flavor text are not worth the effort.

To be fair, they did fix this problem in Dark Moon. It's significantly longer. Since there's 5 smaller mansions instead of one big mansions, there's also more variety of setting.

Is this some form of bizarre satire? I was 8 years old when I played through this game, and as much as I loved it, it's like a 5-6 hour game.

116 hours in and I've only found one golden diamond, anyone know where the other one is? I got the one from watering the plant inbetween chapters already.

Honestly I get lost every time I play.
I managed to circle the mansion 4 separate times on my first run, but luckily I cut my play time down to about 500 hours by the time I decided to go for my second any % run.

I'm not even a speed runner and I'd consider four hours to be a long run.
How you all spending 40+ hours on one run?

Because we're not looking to get a fucking tent. You have to run around banging on all the shit and humping all the furniture to make sure you get all the money possible, plus saving and reloading if catching a portrait ghost doesn't yield at least 1 giant pearl.

Is disc 2 at least shorter than disc 1? I just finished disc 1 the other night and I'm already 21 hours in.

It doesn't take that long to open up a couple cabinets with your vacuum.
I just played through the game last week for the first time in years and I got an A rank with all boos captured in under four hours if not closer to three.
