Apart from the fact that the roleplaying is weak and you have few options to deal with situations. I mean the game doesn't even have stealth.
Decent game, but it's more of a visual novel with some light SRPG gameplay mixed in.

i agree, it's quite great at being one of the most mediocre games in existence. The combat is so fined tuned that each and every encounter is sheer tedium and boredom. The writing itself is decent but dragged down by how every single thing is a text dump with lots of unnecessary prose.
