This transformation isn't going to be a Super Saiyan form, and it will probably go by some other name.

Reminds me of the parallels drawn between Goku and Sun Wukong. If this is Goku's final form, then it's drawing influence from Sun Wukong ascension to buddha. The Grand Priest's design draws influence from Buddha himself.
