Reminder that match ups don't matter until the mid-late game. An early game spacie is low tier combo food, Marths have no neutral, Sheiks spam safe options with no game sense, and Cpt. Falcons can't combo/tech chase for shit, which is Falcon main game.

Falcon has the fastest dash, a great dash dance to wait for techs, and great option coverage with stomp and knee.
If you're specifically talking how to practice it I'd recommend 20XX 4.06 and set the cpus action to tech left, right, no tech, and in place. And practice covering all. If you want to be boring you can regrab it all, but if you want to finish with knee then practice that on all. And reading a real opponent will come with playing.
A nice tip for tech-chase regrabbing is also to wavedash forward once to cover tech in place then work from there too.
