PC Version or Sequel, I'd die happy with either at this point.
What really hurts is knowing a sequel could never happen because it would probably require actual effort to come up with new content, reworking the few DS characters they didn't put in and possibly even making whole new assets for stuff they can't just rip straight from the DS games and SoTN since there certainly haven't been any games since then they could rip from.
Also Konami is a rather big and final reason it wouldn't happen.

No, it is incredibly grindy and level design is built entirely around there being multiple people going around the map.
HoD before Somanway was discovered and people cheating by using DLC to skip through most of the game's content was pretty damn fun with other people.
