Actually Captain Marvel is the one that is in the MCU (she's getting her own movie) and the freen chick as has been state before is Gamora.

Nova is the one I left out because that actual character hasn't been seen nor is he getting his own movie.

In any case, it's pretty obvious that this game is just a Marvel marketing stunt and a cashgrab for Capcom (hence why it looks so low budget and why they re-use pretty much all of the capcom characters).

I loved the roster for UMvC3 but I missed out on playing it back in the day.Personally I think it looks better than the new game, the loss of the X-men is tough.
