I wouldn't classify adder all as a performance enhancing drug how you'd think about it, it's not like heightened reflexes kind of focus, the drug is meant to allow ADD kids to focus at all. It's like doing a line of coke, I guarantee it won't make me better at anything.

As someone with experience around methheads, it doesn't make you any better, it just makes you not think about anything other than what you're doing, you'll spend six hours without getting up on the same thing and go "WOW I accomplished that in such little time" even though you spent the same amount of time doing the thing, just all at once.
Prescription meth is smoother and less of a "trip" so it's kind of like drinking 1000 cups of coffee.
