tinnitus is super common. Pretty much anyone who's been to a rock concert has it.
ponytails are the friggin best
WHAT?
braids are better
Braids are awful on both 2D and 3D.
Imagine going blind.
>no more mongolian still image board browsing
>no more vidya
>no more pr0n
>no more jewtube
no they're not, user.
You have shit taste user
Wiki says it's type of sickness, when you hear a ringing sound when there are no actually any sounds. So either OP has a loud ringing going on throughout the day or he's fucking pussy.
Tinnitus can go away in time.
Your faggotry is incurable though.
>there are people who are willing to permanently fuck their hearing by doing dumb shit like that
will never understand this desu
same when I'm on the train or something and I can clearly hear someone's music through his earbuds from 15 feet away, makes me cringe
>no more vidya
>implying

Fuck off, braids look awesome in every media.
patrician tier
Don't dew it

How'd you get it? I'd imagine tons of people have a mild form of it
...
Whoosh!
>no more pr0n
eh, i can get off from the audio from one of those jap girl ASMR vids. but yeah the rest of what you posted i would miss dearly
>it'll go away tomorrow surely
>maybe next week
>holy shit how am I supposed to live with it, what's the best way to kill myself
>oh well it's only kind of annoying
After a few months you should be fine. You'll still probably hear it the rest of your live when focusing on something/trying to sleep, but once you get used to it you don't really notice it when you're doing shit during your every day life.
user I think he was joking based on that webm.
How though? I've been going to punk shows since I was 16, I blast music in my car and I'm an oilfield surveyor, so I regularly work around loud heavy machinery, chainsaws, and I ride an ATV/snowmobile all day.
>hey, can you search japanese asmr porn for me and hand me my headphones? thanks
I got tinnitus too. At first itll be hard but once you stop thinking about it its like it disappears
I hope you don't really think blind people can't use computers.
Hey Sup Forums what are some games where I can make blog posts on video game forums because I don't have anybody in my life to share my problems with?
everyone has tinnitus, you just gotta learn to ignore it long enough that you forget it's there
until someone reminds you of it YOU FUOCKIN CUNT
Hey Sup Forums what are some games where I can be butthurt on video game forums because I have nothing else to do?
>everyone has tinnitus because I have tinnitus
"no"
Really? I have ringing in my ears but only when it's dead silent. You don't get that?
...
you fuckers have it easy, I have a serious case of eustachian tube dysfunction, been going for 3 years, tinnitus is just one of the side effects.
Mine comes in random bouts and/or im just used to it being weak but sometimes it can be bad.
if ti becomes a burden, talk to a doctor
also try just keeping light back ground noise on and slowly lower that .e.g a fan, the ringing from a tv, etc.
>go into silent room
>always hear an annoying buzzing/ringing sound
Is this the start of tinnitus?
it's the ayys tuning into your thoughts
Excuse me?
What does that do?
>tfw have had self inflicted tinnitus since about 10 years back
I have gotten more or less used to it but sometimes it is a pain in the ass (especially during headaches/migraine). As a way of coping with it I listen to music at every opportunity I have.
The worst part is that I have completely forgotten what silence sounds/feels like. This is literally the only thing in my life I actually regret
Just listen to some music or something pussy
Mop... Moooop
the eustachian tube basically connects the inner ear with the back of the nose/throat, it's responsible in regulating pressure in the inner ear, mine doesn't work properly, so I feel pressure in my ear and they feel clogged 24/7, even though they're clear.
I should say that treating it is somewhat simple in most long term cases, I'm just a lazy fuck who never committed to the treatments given to me by the 3 different doctors who diagnosed me.
>recently tried mushrooms
>notice during the trip the ringing in my ears is gone completely
Only thing that I can recall ever stopping it desu.
I found a post on reddit that at least temporarily removed the ringing, I would highly recommend trying it out
youtube.com
repeat this for about 5 minutes and then remove your hands from your ears
Did you guys listen to your music too loudly?
I'd probably kill myself without shitposting tbqh
I have it but not really bad. I have to sleep with a fan on at night so I can get to sleep.
Are there bizarre websites that try to tell you to embrace the tinnitus and/or make it your friend?
I just ask because a few years ago I suddenly got a floater in my eye and there were some weird sites on how to deal with it.
Was rehearsing with my rock band, being the retarded kid I was back then I thought it was annoying to use earplugs so I did a whole session without them and since then my ears have been ringing.
Nobody cares what you think, autist. kys
i gotta have dat bass in the trunk, breh
You are a robot
No thanks, I'd rather keep laughing at all the faggots complaining about their tinnitus when they're just retards who fucked up themselves.
Wait, you mean you're not supposed to be hearing a tone during complete silence? I thought that was normal.
Hearing a ringing in your ear for no reason isn't normal
Tinnitus is fairly normal, but without it it is allegedly completely silent
Stop replying, faggot.
Enjoy your day, user.
I got tinnitus about 4 months ago from an ear infection. At first I absolutely wanted to die, thought I'd never have a moment of true rest ever again in my life, but I already consider it a minor irritant at worst and don't even notice it when I'm engaged in something. It really will get better, just hold on.
my ear ring one after loud drilling noise at work, but it went away after 1 day, now I can hear blood flowing in my brain, some times I hear wounded animal noise in my left ear, it might be cause of some back flow in the arteries
Holy shit, you actually tipped your fedora at me, good job.
Go play your videogame you have an unhealthy obsession with. It's fine. Nobody will care about you.
Normally it's loud noises that cause it but some medications or diseases that fuck your ears up can too.
>tfw had tinnitus for 8 months now
Guess I'm stuck with it
I imagine a video exists with the same title but is secretly a screamer
>you will never know what peace feels like again
how do you cope, tinnitusbros
>self inflicted tinnitus
That's not good what did you do?
I kept sticking q-tips in my ears because I hate wax and that probably fucked them up
At least research is finally yielding trials for refolliculiarization transplants. The cost of it would be another question.
>ears ringing almost constantly
>start meditating and deliberately lowering body tension
>ear ringing becomes intermittent and varied and eventually goes away
For the record, I had it for 6 months. I don't know exactly what caused it but I feel like being so fucking tense and stressed all of the time was a big factor.
>Hear white noise when it's quiet
>But never full on phone out of order dial tone ringing
It used to annoy me but now I never notice it. Weird. But it's always noisy as fuck here even in the dead of night.
I have this shit for 20 years now. Im also a gigging musician. Youre all fucking pussies. Deal with it like a man. Im so used to the constant ringing i hardly notice it and i sleep like a baby.
>wake up in the morning
>half of face feels weird
>can move it but it feels like I'm under anaesthesia
>closing my eye takes effort
>can't purse my lips properly
>smile is crooked and looks like a cartoon sneer
>go to the doctor and ask if i had a stroke
>nope just Bells Palsy which just means for no reason some nerves in my face are just being dicks and letting my muscles not tighten properly
>says it will either get better in weeks, months, or never
I love trying to eat now, fuck. Why is the human body so shit when it comes to not failing with no cause?
>had tinnitus for as long as I can remember
>no idea how I got it
>can even hear it with some background noise present, always hear it in the night before sleeping regardless of whether the fan is on or not
>it barely bothers me
Every now and then I do wonder how it's like to be in complete silence, like in those rooms with the special walls where apparently it's so quiet you can hear your own heartbeat. And while I do sometimes envy people that don't have to deal with this shit, it very rarely bothers me. I can see how it would suck for someone who never had it to just get it out of nowhere as an adult to be driven up the wall by it though.
Nigga I and everyone in my family has tinnitus.
It really isn't that bad until you start to have it when it isn't quiet.
I have a serious problem in my left inner ear. In addition to tinnitus, it's mostly deaf, but that's not even the worst part. I get vertigo. When I was a teenager I would collapse to the floor, take one pill, and be fine within half an hour, but a few months ago I had an episode that lasted a full week. I had to crawl on the floor to get food and most of my days were spent staring at the wall. I utterly dread the possibility of it happening again, the possibility of it happening while I'm driving or in public, and how bad it might get when I grow old.
sauce on both?
I've had it for so long I've forgotten what total silence is like. It just feels normal, so I pay it no mind.
I saved from Sup Forums and never bothered for source, just reverse image search it I guess.
as far as I couldn't find the source, wish I knew, sorry user.
>ringing gets worse to the point where I can still hear it even when there's mild background noise
>work in an office so I can hear it for my entire nine hour shifts
Just fucking kill me
I've had it since I was 5
30 now
>hit my head while drunk 4 or 5 years ago
>concussion
>have hardcore tinnitus in right ear for like 3 years
>starts to get better on its own
>now it's barely noticeable most of the time
This. I sleep with a fan on so the white noise drowns out the ringing. My siblings don't understand it, but other people with bad tinnitus do similar things.
>don't have Tinnitus
HAHAHAA
Yeah that's the case for me as well. Surprisingly I've known other people who are like that too, it seems much more common that I thought it'd be.
>babby tier handicap
Fucking casual.
I have wrist, elbow and shoulder pain in my mouse arm that no doctor has been able to diagnose or treat in the past three years. It prevents me from sleeping normally and in the worst episodes prevents me from feeding myself or tying my shoes.
I still game whenever possible and am currently posting from my office where I continue wageslaving to be able to afford painkillers.
>be age 6 or some shit
>dad takes my sister to rock concert and brought me along
>hated every second of it
>no ear protection so my ears get blown the fuck out the whole time
>23 now and to this day have mild tinnitus from that shit
Literally fucking everyone has tinnitus. Everyone I ask reports some degree of ringing. It's just a matter of whether or not you're able to tune it out. Your brain should be able to completely filter it out. Unless you start thinking and worrying about it.
Hands down the dumbest """illness""" that people actually waste time worrying about. It doesn't impair you in any way. It's all in your head.
>Having to pay someone to do audiobook readings of smut
I'm not sure it's worth it.
