It was fantasy game, being compared to the Warcraft 3 but it was harder and more focused on the units, not heroes.

Yeah I looked for it on Gog, not there I'm afraid, battle realms is though.
I got it from a budget bin in a toy store when I was little, it also contained the demo for Empire Earth 2 so it turned me on to Empire Earth as well.

No-base missions in a slow RTS with poor pathing is tiredsome.
This kind of stuff can be done with StarCraft, which also tended to put more thought into its no-base missions.

Probably gonna come sooner or later. Liquid's having some grand designs really. An HD remake, a card game, and a sequel for Battle Realms? Obviously that's a lot of time and cash.

COH1 is a classic, and COH2 is good too if you want an active multiplayer base. You'll have to deal with Sega's megajew dlc policies there, but most of the stuff is just skins and commanders anyway

I got KKND Crossfire on GoG. Uninstalled in 2 minutes. Pretty cool cutscenes for the time but the gameplay is trash
