He hates super mario 64

>he hates super mario 64

who the FUCK are you quoting

Sunshine and Galaxy were superior in every way.
Odyssey will be too.

A lot of oldfags were hating on 3D games back in the early 2000s. Probably still do.

>He hates Mario Galaxy 2
>Because it's not Mario 64

bing bing wahoo

Never understood it

>Throat fucked a cute emo boy who dressed up like a girl when I was in highschool and shot a thick load down his throat

That's kind of hot user

I started hating it after trying to speedrun it.

>He thinks Mario 64 is better than Sunshine or Galaxy

>galaxy
Pleb

>he adores mario 64

half of the game is linear obstacle courses like galaxy (tick tock clock, whomp's fortress, rainbow ride, mountain, bowser levels) and half the game is open empty fields where there isn't anything to do (bobomb battlefield, docks, desert, snow level)

It's a jack of all trades and master of none. the only people who think it's perfect are children and autistic people who think that climbing trees or other useless mechanics are what makes a platformer good and not level design.

You must fun at parties

So you aren't actually going to try and refute his points?

>trying to have actual discussion
>on Sup Forums

>Super Mario 64 was released before he was born

This is the real problem OP

...

And? There is absolutely nothing wrong with liking a flawed game.

...

I think the same about M64. I always believed M64 is a regression of what I liked in previous Mario's games.
-less beautiful visually.
-less adventurous feeling (no map you are contained in the castle)
-less enemies / boss
-no Luigi / no yoshi as mount
- no 2 players mode

I know they made it like that to just make like another original SMB in 3D because it was new to people but it always annoys me.

>he likes 3d mario games

I never beat a 2d mario game
