what is the most incompetent game studio?
What is the most incompetent game studio?
>Skyrim for Switch, anyone?
deep silver
This, thwy been copy pasting the shame shit for years, very lazy dev studio
...
Deep Silver are a publisher owned by Koch International. All they do is publish shit, no matter if it's shovelware or if it's actually good.
They published Persona 5 and Puyo Puyo Tetris over in Europe.
That's definitely one of em
Ubisoft
>doing something that is guaranteed to make them even more money
>incompetency
oh you
I wouldn't call them incompetent. Adventure 1 and 2 were fun games with a lack of polish in SA1's case, and every game since Unleashed has been extremely polished.
Mostly Jewish
Valve
Game Freak. I'm glad I finally abandoned the Pokémon franchise.
What exactly happened between SA2 and Sonic Heroes, did somebody die? Why was SA2 so much better?
They're like Eddy from EEnE.
>Try to scam someone
>Fuck up and become a laughing stock
>Repeat every episode
People switch jobs all the time.
When did all the spinoffs start overtaking the mainline games in terms of fun? 3rd/4th gen? That was when Mystery Dungeon came out.
sega went third party and most of their talent left or got fired
One-hit wonder.
Pokemon TCG/Stadium
Gen 4.
That's the gen GF stopped making interesting content and started shamelessly rehashing.
I am pretty sure most of the staff still worked on Heroes.
LOL no one has even mentioned Bioware.
The one that fucked up at making Tetris.
dont remind me.
>take a well-established and critically acclaimed franchise with a huge fan base and run into the ground
>forced its own garbage original characters and lore that nobody likes or wanted
>redesigned pretty much everything despite how everyone loved the Bungie artsyle and their own designs for everything was fucking garbage and overdesigned
>took what Bungie did with Halo's gameplay, threw it out the fucking window and shamelessly tried to make it like other shooters such as Call of Duty
>Has never made a single game that didn't have huge division among the fan base or was highly critically acclaimed. Not even a single 90+ Metacritic scored game
Oh yeah, I forgot about Ubisoft Tetris.
How do you even get frame drops in Tetris of all things?
this. pokemon has been trash since gen 4 (B/W2 was alright). they have no idea what they are doing and keep making the same mistake every time.
So Ubisoft?
Sonic Team is pretty damn competent considering their output.
>made a surprising number of Sonic games and other IP just on the GameCube/Dreamcast
>Sonic 06 is allegedly very hard to crash or hardlock despite otherwise being a mess
>Hedgehog Engine was the closest any Japanese developer got to making an Unreal competitor
I bought tetris ultimate for my vita 'cause I wanted a puzzle game on a handheld. it has no business being that bland, buggy and feature lacking for the price.
They made PSO
...
Lazy and unproductive =/= incompetent.
valve is close second
not talking about Steam, just their "games" over the last decade
>took what Bungie did with Halo's gameplay, threw it out the fucking window and shamelessly tried to make it like other shooters such as Call of Duty
You act like Bungie didn't do that already with Reach.
>can create any original games or stories
>copy's what ever is popular
>trying so hard to make Nintendo level platformers
tripwire interactive
...
Armor abilities and nerfing running speed and jumping height were indeed fucking stupid in Reach, I will never deny this.
But 343 put fucking weapon loadouts, ability perks, kill cams, ordinance drops (which were basically a carbon copy of CoD's Kill Streak feature) in Halo 4.
In Halo 5, they again copied CoD and every other shooter with the stupid fucking enhanced mobility and ADS faggotry.
DAILY REMINDER THAT SONIC HAS NEVER GOOD
Nintendo just because they don't give Miyamoto the queen of England treatment and still let him ruin everything he touches nowadays.
>starfox is pretty much permadead because miyamoto wanted shitty gimmicks
When it comes to online
Sega & Sonic Team are a lot less incompetent than shitholes like konami, capcom, or valve because at least they give enough of a fucking shit about their IPs to keep them around. They just haven't improved much.
Squeenix. They've got a potential gold mine on their hands with XIV yet they'd rather try to bleed it dry to fund their other vaporware products.
How long was XV in development and how shit was its reception?
