No, they had an intense fight, it ended with 682 reduced to a very small fragment, and 096 in the corner.

We need to take in to account of what survive means

If it means to live after an attack then probably any character with immortality/necromatic regeneration. A good example is the protagonist from dark souls. However there is the possibility that once the chosen undead revives, 096 will just go into a frenzy again, maniacally going into a content state then a rage as soon ad the undead returns. This would just repeat over and over.

If its to live long enough thrn doom guy. He can run insanely fast for an unlimited amount of time. And if 096 catches up the doom guy can cause enough physical damage to hold 096 off.

If its to kill 096 then it would have to be a character versed in dealing with anomalys and coming out on top. Some one like geralt springs to mind but im guessing prep-time is out the question.

I wanna know what happens if someone looks at his face while in space. We know that he can dive to the bottom of the goddamn ocean to get someone who saw him, but he can just run fast and is indestructible, it doesn't mean he can jump into space.
