The point is there's no thought to the power lvl shit sometimes things are stupidly strong then later on they are not and so on. In fact there's no thought to the combat either it's just mindless fast punches/kicks till one of them powers up and wins with the same punches and kicks just like one piece, this ain't no hunter x hunter shit bra.

The actual animation is good. It's just the quality of the art that has suffered. Some people will say simplifying the designs was to the show's benefit for the sake of animation, but I think there are a hell of a lot of ways they could have simplified things without making them look like the shit they've got now.
