85 isn't a bad score.
Are you posting this because they're shit games?

I wonder who'll leave this match as a winner, that's pretty even.

Of course, two completely different games.

one of them's the sequel where a famous male protagonist gets replaced by a female
the other features rabbits

which one got the most bonus points you think?

They took Mario and Rabbids and crossed them over to make a game that is neither Mario nor Rabbids.

>Ubigods are making better games than shitendo

...

Splatoon 2 had so many shit reviews though
>it's just splatoon 1.5 despite the fact the first Splatoon launched with nothing

>it's just splatoon 1.5
Implying thats not true.

So the new Mario game is as shitty as a game that replaced it's main character and is riding on its name with a literal "Lets get the SJW crowd"?

JFC Nintendo should step up it's game.

>desperate sonybro tries to spin it into a negative
LOL

so we love ubisoft now or what

>two mediocre games get mediocre scores (by reviewer standards)

Wow, shocking.

>ubisoft shovelware
>85

game is 75, 10 points+ because it has mario

>Nintendo
>ever getting a bad score
Not gonna happen. Too many immature geeks that love funny cartoon games.

remember that the "Lets get the SJW crowd" tactic automatically gives you 10 points
while adding rabbits automatically docks 5

so despite having 15 points head start a flagship PS4 title managed to tie with mario meets rabbits

That's true though. I love Splatoon, but it's true.

Of course! They made a Nintendo exclusive so now they are great!

This desu

>remember that the "Lets get the SJW crowd" tactic automatically gives you 10 points
You know Ubisoft is SJW-central, right?
They even have a transgender crossdressing Rabbid

it's true but I want more splatoon so it's okay. I bought DMC4 because i want more DMC and I'm fine with that

>This damage control

>this desu
The salt is the best thing about reviews

>what is animal crossing amiibo festival

Yeah this is bullshit, A garbage cash grab that hasn't evolved from the first installment in the series has the same score as Mario+Rabbids. Probably the most unique game Ubi has given in god knows how long. And its actually challenging and is not just a Xcom for kids shit.

You realize you're giving it 10 points less just because it's Mario, don't you?
I mean, the irony is staggering.

Sorry but no. Splatoon had no content at launch and Splatoon 2 had the campaign, different modes from the get-go and Salmon Run. If you bought the original at launch you would know this.

it's a rabbit, not a female POC, doesn't count
in fact it could very well cost them points because "the game is making fun of a serious topic like gender issues and further helping marginalize them"

Is the Peach Rabbid transgender? I always assumed it was a female Rabbid. Or do female Rabbids not exist?

Imagine Sup Forums when Odyssey reviews drop. It'll be 100x worse than BotW.

*blocks your path*

>that hasn't evolved from the first installment
Have you ever played an Uncharted game? Those are downright lies.

>Probably the most unique game Ubi has given in god knows how long.
Ah, the nintenbabby logic. Nintendo IP = Unique.

>72 for this piece of shit
You just proved him right.

:^)

What about the +15 points that it gets for being a Nintendo First Party game?

Not to mention how from a first look practically XCOM for children.

Wow so a switch was a good investment lololol

it's a ubisoft game and it's a difficult game featuring mario both of which offset the nintendo bonus

>from a first look
And that's the problem here. You being prejudicial and judging the book by its cover.

do you know what first party means?

What is it with Nintendo fans and getting upset over perfectly legitimate criticism like Splatoon 2 and ORAS?

Anything below 85 is bad.

Because that's not legitimate criticism.

The same game a second time doesn't deserve the same score as before. Certainly not better
And Hoenn is terribly designed region with too much featureless water and it makes exploring a third of the region a ridiculous chore.
