What games are you going to play on your Samsung TV?

Huh. Now I wish I had a samsung TV.

>smartshit
this thing is going to be obsolete in 3 years

How so?

because it's embeeded to the TV, hardware replacements aren't possible, also it's very possible for the TV maker to stop releasing updates of whatever OS they use

>Samsung TV
fucking garbage tier screens
LG is the only good screen manufacturer

Too bad Samsung Smart TVs are the exact ones that Wikileaks revealed as being especially vulnerable to spying.

LG is good only for OLED, their other televisions use IPS panels that have absolutely shit contrast levels. But yeah, Samsung's 2017 range is also bad and shouldn't be considered as an option when similarly priced Sony TVs are just objectively better this year.

Samsung's televisions aren't that attractive otherwise, but I have to admit that having integrated Steam Link functionality is cool.

I wonder how much input lag that'll get ya

It works great but only with cables

Samsung TVs are trash especially its smart features.

Is there any list of recommended TVs for gaming?

So something you can easily accomplish with an HDMI cable?
You don't even need a Samsung TV.

>not having a KS8000

Streamung games is dogshit becasu input delay is always worse

Basically, go to Rtings, view the result table for input lag tests and then pick a television that performs well in those and performs sufficiently enough in other tests too. Anything below 30ms will be perfectly fine unless you're some sort of Counter-Strike pro (and why would you play it through TV anyways?).

>Samshit Tv's have ads built into the OS
Smart TV was a mistake.

Toshiba.
They don't make them anymore. TVs are dead.

I tried that a week ago.
It works like my Steam Link.
It's good for it's purposes.
It says that there is a 4k option but I couldn't get it to work.
Not sure if that's because I have to set the resolution on my desktop to 4k in order for it to register that it's an option.
Anyways 1080p streams at 60fps on a lan connection.
It's great.
I plugged my xbox360 controller into my TV and played.

If you have the $$$/€€€, get LG OLED, best image quality with minimal input lag. If you want something cheaper, tey to find some Samsung's 2016 models (KS8000 or KS9000 series), they are basically just as good as 2017 models and a lot cheaper, having a very low input lag and good image quality.

If you're going for cheapo models, then Samsung KS6000 or MU6000 series provide low input lag for cheap, although the image quality is exactly what you can expect from such cheap models.

If I find a way to connect my wireless xbox one s controllers to my tv I'll give it a try, usually I hook up my laptop and use the wired controllers to play

By pushing updates that slow down your tv to the point that common apps like netflix and amazon won't work properly anymore. Happened to my 2015 55" uhd, it could be fixed by buying an "evolution kit" for 350€ but fuck that

That image is from steam

>Samsung TVs
>Waits 30 days to start showing advertisements so you can't return it
lel

So I just started playing Rocket League.
Does this shit require actual skill or is it all just one big cluster fuck.
any tips?
