Have they added ships to the game yet? I'm not buying this untill I can be a pirate. Conan spent a good amount of time as a pirate and BOTH of Conan's most famous love interests, Belit and Valeria, where both pirates

Last time I played, there weren't any ships, nor was there an ocean, but there was a river system. The current biomes are desert, forest, and snowy mountains, but I only made it to the mountains once and froze to death

I'll keep waiting then. Do they plan to improve the combat or is the skyrim system pretty much it?
Why is combat always so shit in open-world survival games?

No pirates yet. There is not much water beyond the rivers and oasis lakes. You can still raid people and npcs tho

It can be fun, but more if youre into building and enslaving your own captives or using the console to get supplies easier if you play in your own session

I honestly build most things myself on my small private server with a few friends. Our server is open to the public tho

Not sure, but the developers definitely seem to be invested in expanding beyond just being a skyrim clone. The ability to climb anything like in the latest Zelda game is pretty neat, but since it's early access, there isn't very much late-game stuff yet, and the desert region, while massive, is the only one that's very fleshed out

I thought that expansion looked really neat, then I read the reviews and apparently the game got even worse than before, so I ended up not buying it. RIP Funcom

Is it worth it to play this just for nudes?

The idea of enslaving and putting NPcs to work I really like. But to what end? To have them do things so I don't have to? IE: Save time?
Is there any reason to train slaves for combat if I don't have to worry about other players attacking my shit? Are there NPC threats to your base? Like the horde mechanic in 7 days to die, where a mass of zombies attacks your base every 7 days?
Can you bring the NPCs with you as companions or something like that, to help you in combat?

Can I be a evil Stygian necromancer and sacrafice people for great boons?

They can craft for you and defend your shit. I think the developers want to flesh them out more tho

Developers have stated they are planning on adding an end game kind of raid system. Think of it like the mongols invading or something

Monsters, definitely. If you travel around, you'll see NPC villages too, and if you get close, they'll attack

I think it would be a neat idea if upon getting a artifact from a dungeon your base would be flagged as a target for NPC raiders. Like a evil wizar who wants some magic talisman you looted, bandits who raid once you surpass a certain wealth threshold, or seemingly useless trinket that happens to draw night terrors to it.
