Do they even have specific numbered markings? I ended up going 1-5 so I just assumed the game counts them as I meet them

I wish I could get good with the Stagger Style. It has some good combos but I can never seem to figure out how to dodge left and right.

Should I take the time to learn all the moves from every enemy I can, or should I just barrel through and wait until I hit a wall to expand my moveset?

I have no absolutely no fucking idea how to make decent movesets in this game.

I hate that I have to grind through stagger before I can edit it but it'll be worth it. Stagger's "dodge" is the best.

The moveset you get by default is dogshit though, not enough fast moves nearly everything is slow as fuck despite being a dex style.

There should be two things directing the creation of movesets
1/ It should have the tools to beat many different type of opponents
2/ those tools should be easily accessible (not at the end of a 3 string combo)

Whatever you want, I personally learned every punch I found and skipped the rest since thats the character I was making

I live in fuckin El Salvador and I got a bunch of players when I played earlier today, right now I cant even connect because of the servers but im guessing when the servers are ok again I wont be having trouble finding players again.

God damn I want to love this game but holy shit is it trying to make me drop it. 1v1 fights are the shit. Fights against multiple enemies on the other hand, are clunky garbage. It feels like they're asking the right stick to do far too much with all the modifiers- ability, change target, change stance... Is this just something you get used to after a while?

It also feels like multiple enemy fights completely defeat the purpose of the deck system since they never give you an opportunity to perform more than a single attack at a time.

Love the visual design though. Well, except for pic related...

I don't get why anyone would want to play cross region. There is a reason why fighting games always have a "Same Region" option when searching for a game.

I will say it gets me rock hard when i do an attack that knocks out one enemy and dodges another all in the same move, but 1v1s are definitely the game's strength.

if anything putting on clothes literally takes away how much damage you do to others (see the stat changes closely). Less clothes = faster stamina regen, so block more or heck, dodge or parry better.

Keep in mind some attacks do less or damage with no weight

I was worried that I'd be fucking up my build, but given I hit 22 in 3 hours with the max being 60, I don't think that's an issue.
I haven't even found it yet. I only learned like 4 moves and kind of barreled through the game.

I've only played a little bit but I like how it feels. I fought one marked one, and it felt pretty intense. Obviously I'm still shit and don't have very many moves yet, but man when you get into a chain of dodges and blocks with the opponent that constantly refill stamina and thus allow the chain to continue, it really gets me going. I really want to fuckin fight someone now, I hope the servers are up tomorrow.

Where do I get that fuckers mask?
The rest of the armour pieces are scattered around the zone, but that thing is nowhere to be found.

Same goes for any mask really. I've beaten the game and I only have four masks, including the starter one.

Could be a drop. I'm gonna try grinding them right now seeing if it drops

If its anything like the beta, a lot of stuff you probably get from duels and school rewards

it looks like it'll keep going up as long as they patch the netcode. Only complaints I'm reading (besides scrubs) are that if you get a laggy server, the game won't automatically reconnect you to a better one.

So what's up your attacks sometimes just bouncing off enemies even if they're mid attack and a black cloud + sound effect plays?
Did they just give enemies hyper armor so you wouldn't steam roll them?
I know the kahlt have their little blue armor but this is different and seems like any enemy can just "get it" at any time.

He just has really strong aggression, learn to simply hold block and you should get out of most troubles

People seem to forget feints exist in this game too, and work really well on AI

How viable is this game with mouse and keyboard? I hate controllers.

You got parried by a forsaken user. There doesn't seem to be many of them in the game, but they are the absolute worst.

Hardest enemy in the game is the forsaken miniboss in the capital that parries 75% of your attacks, has super-armour moves, a gorillion health, good forward movement on her attacks so creating space is hard, lots of sweeps, and has fucking adds too. I had a harder time with her than the final boss.
