Creation Club Hellfire looks similar to F3 counterpart but the texture work is awful (vanilla resolution 1K/2K) also doesn't have any new paintjob.
On the other hand Nexus Hellfire have new paintjobs and the texture work is amazing (2K/4K) and whole armor was re-imaginated according F4 PA design.

But it looks fat and not as good

And while the new textures are nice, they don't fit in the game as well (unless you have texture overhaul mods)

At least for now you can try to rename de .esl file to .esm but you probably gonna broke the file.
NMM does not recognize .esl files YET and FO4 launcher loads .esl files only through Creation Club. there's some "key" files with.manifest extention on the main folder called Creations but you can't load them external.

Until the community find a way to pirate the Creation Club mods the only ways is using the .ba2 assets and recreate the whole .esl into a .esp through the Creation Kit.

But user, waiting a few years until mods fix it is probably the best way to play FO4.

At least I'd assume because I'd still rather play NV.

You only need to copy all the .esl content into a new .esp is not that hard the only problem is there's any external program that load .esl extention.
FO4Edit does't load .esl files yet (if you rename it into .esm or .esp they are ruined). I have to open my CK to try something. I'm too lazy right now lol.
I think .manifest files are the key to pirate .esl files.
Wait a few days user, community knows the CK better than most of the Bethesda workers.

At the moment you can't pirate CC mods Bethesda only give us the assets in .ba2 files (I don't why they are laughing of us) but the whole mod depends on the .esl file and .manifest to active it.
Yeah if someone do that work the mod it can't be considerated pirated because it was recreated in the CK only using CC assets even if the mod have the same function. Just wait a few days.

It reminds me The Sims and The Sims 2 used to be modders paradise, back in the day when of course. Then EA tried to take the control of most of the modding comnunmity with The Sims 3 (also pay mods) and they literally killed the modding scene with The Sims 4.
