I can't speak for GMOD, but I don't think it's anywhere near Sonic (though I probably haven't been exposed to the worst parts of it). For some reason, crossover art like your pic doesn't really bother me as much as, say horses.
The only real bad things from what I could tell are the people who ignore/are ignorant of the manga and these: memers, and I can't tell if the later group are serious or simply running a joke into the Earth's core.

also the fags who just started reading part 5 after skipping all the parts of the manga that were animated that spam "READ LE MANGA XD" and call Giorno best jojo are really annoying

also, I do actually enjoy some of these crossover arts, sometimes they are pretty cool, but i dont think the jojo fanbase is AS bad as the sonic fanbase

When Stardust Crusaders aired and the 9gag retards discovered it. Now the fanbase consists of 13 yr autists that think "B" is funny.

It's not that Josuke is the worst Jojo, it's that Koichi was actually the Jojo.
That said by that criteria Polnareff was 3x worse until he redeemed himself after the Alessi shit and the Vanilla Ice fight. I thought fucking Iggy was more sympathetic than Polnareff.
