>"Big games like World of Warcraft and Team Fortress 2 helped popularize the practice of idling: logging into a game without playing it in the hope of passively receiving in-game rewards. In these games and others, players would join custom 'idle servers,' or use macros to automate their character movement, allowing them to literally and figuratively sidestep getting kicked for being AFK."
>"After some investigation and simple math, rivaLxfactor estimates that it takes about five minutes from queueing into a server to the moment of death, from which a player might earn something like 50 or 70 BP. Uninterrupted, it wouldn't take long to accumulate thousands of BP."
>"Right now, that currency is valuable. On August 3 ahead of the Gamescom Invitational, PUBG made available premium crates that players could only acquire until the 27th. Although they cost $2.50 to open, the rarest cosmetic items inside these Gamescom Invitational Crates are selling for hundreds of dollars."
Why do people keep abusing video games systems, Sup Forums? They are literally stealing from the companies.
>making more than the average faggot that tries to be the next "big streamer" based afk bros
Liam Perez
Kids farming for gamescom crates after they are gone. Jesus are chinks retarded
Parker Gomez
>it's against the rules to earn in-game currency now
Epic
Elijah Hernandez
See this is funny, because they can't combat this without changing the games dynamic.
They can't punish you with cooldown timers because people are legit that trash at the game anyway and it will be punishing those players that are the first killed in every match.
At the same time it cant fuck with the currency it gives because 1) its already a low amount, and 2) again would be punishing the players that are seriously trash at the game.
Way I see it this was a serious dev issue and nothing can really be done except requiring keys to open all crates, effectively making this grind pointless.
I for one will be trying this tonight and seeing how much BP I can acquire in an hour.
Ayden Barnes
b-but PUBG shills always told me lootboxes NEVER change anything or impacts the game at all, How can this be true?
Logan Sullivan
Or just check to see if the player looted any items during the game before giving rewards. Landing and getting killed right away is basically worth nothing anyway.
Jack Barnes
There have been 10+ people doing this in every game I've played today.
Easton Morales
wouldn't be hard to just loot some items then.
Jack Wright
>stealing the devs money
More crates on the market means more share for the devolper you mouthbreathing retard. Why is literally every PUBG OP a fucking idiot?
Jaxon Sullivan
Cool is it easy to do? It's connected to steam market right? I might just download it so I can do it too
Christian Morgan
So paywall the good cosmetics behind keys then
Problem solved
Hudson Rivera
>drop at the end alongside the afk farmers >kill them all for more credits >then proceed to afk yourself
Parker Richardson
People aren't doing it manually, it's just bots queuing and AFK dropping. Load into a game and stay on the plane and you'll see them all when you land.
Kevin Roberts
You're not the first one to think of that, so now there's a massive fist fight where the farmers drop as other people battle to kill them. Which is even better for the farmers because then they can re-queue faster.
Hudson Kelly
I've done this occasionally, it's hilarious.
Caleb Brown
I actually do this sometimes without the AFKing part.
Blake Phillips
>afk >but you have to come back to your computer and play every ten minutes You're a genius.
Lincoln Brooks
>make something desirable both limited and stupidly rare >actually surprised when people go to extreme lengths to get it
Anyone surprised is fucking retarded, or some journalist that needed something to write.
Jackson Russell
>spend hundreds of hours farming >accidentally kill a streamer >get banned forever
Alexander Edwards
>play the game >kill a bot >the bot was a streamer streaming a bot playing >get banned
Lucas Cooper
Should i buy this game and waste around 50 bucks in crates just to see if im lucky and get something worthwhile to sell? Always wanted to try doing that shit in TF2 or Dota 2 but i was a jobless piece of shit, now i actually have money.
Jose Cook
>play the game >realize there is a streamer in the match >leave because dont want to get banned for stream sniping >banned for stream leaving damned if you do damned if you dont
Connor Carter
no
Christopher Martin
>now i actually have money
Why would you need to do this then? If you just want to piss your money away gambling go to a casino.
Ryder Turner
Supply and demand. The more people abuse this, the less worthwhile it becomes. The problem will solve itself.
Landon Robinson
Who is this beauty?
John Campbell
Why don't you buy a lottery ticket and hope to win a billion?
fucking retard
Parker Gonzalez
The developers should love this. It artificially inflates the number of players and makes the game look more active.
Nicholas Peterson
You realise it's designed to make you fail? That's why items are expensive outside the RNG crates because they NEVER DROP.
Anthony Smith
How long can this growth continue?
Jackson Hill
she's not that beatifull only good things about her are her big soft boobs, thick thighs big ass and her child bearing hips
Jonathan Smith
>Tfw I farmed the time sensitive crates and am watching the price climb Time to make back that money boys
