I'm working tomorrow, then I'm going out to my local bar with some friends. On Sunday it's father's day so I suppose I'll be spending the majority of my day with my family. I have a pretty big backlog to work through though, like I've got a ton of stuff to play, but I usually find myself continuing to build more shit in my world in Terraria or playing Overwatch or Titanfall 2 with my friends. I should really blow them off for a while and get into Persona 5, I haven't even beaten the Kamashida Palace yet and I'm already like 9-10 hours in.

I have a friend from uni who's coming around next Thursday to rock some Metal Gear with me, it's been a while and I want to replay the series, she said that she'd join me seen as she's never played them before. That's going to slow down my backlog progress. My backlog honestly isn't even that long, I managed to cut it down over the summer to just like 10 games. The worst part is uni is fucking with my time anons, I'm terrible at managing it. I'm falling behind on classes and I'm struggling to keep up, I switched degrees at the start of this semester so this is really my last chance to get it right, I don't want to start another degree after this one. If I can't do it right the first two times I may as well give up. I feel like I failed one of my mid-semester tests, I'm on my two week break now and I'm not making good use of my time. The first week is already up and I've done fuck all. I'm also putting on some weight so that's bringing me down, I'm usually a super cheerful person but I don't get any exercise now I'm out of high school and I eat far too much junk food. I think I'm genuinely addicted. I've tried buying fuck loads of gum and trying to substitute that for the junk food but it doesn't seem to be helping.

So all in all, I'm working, hanging with friends and going to see my parents, while trying to hide my new and growing self doubt.
