What Wii U classics would you like to see on the Switch?

What Wii U classics would you like to see on the Switch?

none because all wii u games were shit

>wiiu classics

Oxymoron.

Xenoblade Chronicles and X would be nice, I never got to play them.

There's only one game on the Wii U that is even remotely worth caring about, and it's not even an exclusive.

I think the problem is that the best ones would need a lot of tweaking to work on the Switch. Splatoon wouldn't work, unless they make it with the Splatoon 2 playstyle and I doubt that they would do that, unless it's at the end of the Switch's lifespan and it could be pretty good, considering they could release all of the old maps at launch and maybe add extra story for Agent 3, since we know in the sequel him and Cuttlefish were off doing other shit, during the S2 story. otherwise Xenoblade Chronicles X, #FE and Pikmin 3 would be good
a lot are pretty good, but the console was shit

Hyrule Warriors. Add in the Legends Maps and BotW characters

>Wii U classics

I want Donkey kong Tropical freeze. DK games are the best 2D platformers to this day

I'd rather they make some new fucking games instead of port more WiiU games

This

I'd definitely buy Xenoblade Chronicles again to have it portable in HD.
Especially if they added some extra content, made the end boss harder, and more swimsuits.

Fatal Frame 5

The game sold like shit so I don't see why they don't spend a couple weeks porting it to the Switch to get a few extra sales.

Hyrule Warriors, Donkey Kongs, and Bayonetta so it can go with Bayo 3. Rest can fuck off, even Smash.

this b

>Super Mario 3D World
>Captain Toad
>Tokyo Mirage Sessions
>Tropical Dong
>Bayonetta duology
>Wonderful 101
>Fatal Frame 5
>Pikmin trilogy
>Super Mario Maker(if an enhanced sequel is out of the question)
>NSMBU/NSLU

Honestly, I already played these games back on the Wii U, but it'd be nice to not have to dust off the Wii U and drag it out of storage to play them again, you know?

Not a WiiU port, but I would love a Civ 5 complete port to it.

Sounds strange, but playing a Civ game in bed or on the counch without having to hassle with a PC/M+KB would be super comfy

Pikmin 3, Bayonetta and Wonderful 101

good taste

Would it be possible to port that? I mean the whole concept of the game was using the gamepad as a camera.

>civ with a controller
that sounds terrible

Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze
Bayonetta 1+2
The Wonderful 101
Smash 4 (Only with the 3DS content added)

Aren't they already doing this by making ports?

Have you tried the Steam Controller? I use it for comfy couch Civ gaming with my GNU/Linux box and it works really well.

Bayonetta, Wonderful 101 and Tropical Freeze are the games I would buy in a flash.

The camera functions could be easily trivialized into how the cameras functioned in previous Fatal Frames. It's basically the difference between RE4 and RE4 Wii Edition.

The game still goes into a camera mode on the main screen so I don't see why they couldn't remap the controls to analog sticks.

All I want is Bayonetta 2 and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze. Nintendo can space these releases out so they can get a game released every month.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions
Or a sequel.

Mario Maker,Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, and Tropical Freeze.

The game sold as much as you'd expect for the series. I think they'd rather spend their resources on a new game if anything

That's true, but at the end of the day the TV still displays what the Gamepad does, the only difference is that all of the camera's UI is on the pad while the TV only shows a box representing your screen

Why do people watch this shit?

He's just going to mention Wii U games, and most people know at least the big names that were on the system. It's a completely pointless topic to make a video about. And people who neglected the Wii U because it wasn't popular on Facebook are absolute faggot scum.

In my opinion, they should not do any more Wii U ports, let it live on it's legacy of having good games but being underappreciated. Will be good for a laugh seeing everyone turn on a dime to call it a "hidden/misunderstood gem" when just last year they were shitting on it. Let the Switch have it's own new games.

>Implying Wii U is old enough to have classics yet.

Ooo that would be good.

lol rare owns donkey kong. never going to happen

>lol rare owns donkey kong.
XD

Labor for porting a title and developing a new title can be divided. Stuff like WWHD was more a practice run for HD development but a lot of the other enhanced ports are usually done by Nintendo partners or subsidiaries rather than EAD crews.

Hell, a lot of the garage team members behind Splatoon and Arms cut their teeth on enhanced ports.

Could work with touchscreen which the Switch has. It's not too demanding either so I would also buy it if it came to Switch

Super Smash

The problem with your theory is that the WiiU is actually just a shit console.

...

I dunno about Wii U but the Wii had some games that could do for sequels or ports that would make great use out of the gyro

Elebits
Trauma Center
Madworld
The Conduit
Kororinpa
de Blob

>Trauma Center with HD rumble
