I'm not saying they are equal, that was my first complaint with the list. I should have specified better. I think comparing the two is nonsensical because they might as well be different game series in comparison. Majora's Mask is blatantly a better game in terms of creativity, writing, gameplay, etc.

Prime isnt on the list because it doesn't have an N64 equivalent. This is comparing sequels/Continuations, not New IPs and SNES titles

GC actually had JRPGs and even some WRPGs, Metroid Prime 1 and 2, Timesplitters, the entire RE series at that point, Eternal Darkness, Animal Crossing and Mega Man. Also, at that point, you were able to play the entire Zelda series on your GC + GB Player, it wasn't until Link Between Worlds that you couldn't play a good Zelda game without needing another system.

I played a lot of gc games and replayed some n64 games and most of n64 exclusives are way better than the ones on gc (mario64, starfox, mario tennis, waverace, etc..).
GC had a better 3rd party support than the n64, but that doesn't make 64's library weak when it has rare's works, both goemon games, mischief makers, the turok trilogy, rouge squadron and ep1:racer, etc..

Because it's a crappy console from the early 3D transitionary phase and since Nintendo is incapable of adapting to new things most of the games on the console are awful, not to mention how outside of a handful of games they all run at 20 FPS with drops. The GC did to the N64 what the SNES did to the NES.
