>shitposted about Infinite and Destiny 2 since their reveals this spring
>now days to weeks away from launch
>having tried them out and seen some more of what they will offer I am not looking forward to them
It's like the reverse of "getting hyped for game and then it turns out to be a piece of shit"
How is it the reverse of that if you're not looking forward to them?
I'm sorry I ever wished that you would exist. Capcom just became a giant monkey paw this generation.
Resident Evil 7 was ok though.
I'm sorry for buying UMvC3, SFV, Lost Planet 3, Dead Rising 3, spending money on the mobile ports of Ace Attorney and other old Capcom games, and most of all I'm sorry for supporting Resident Evil after 4 turned the series into mindless action shit for a decade.
I am, in part, responsible for Capcom feeling comfortable with releasing a game as sloppily made, poorly designed, ugly, and fucking greedy as Marvel vs Capcom Infinite.
Please, please Capcom. Please go back to how you were before 2010. I miss the days when the Monster Hunter and Ace Attorney teams weren't the only talent you had left, and when REVII wasn't the first good RE we'd had in more than a decade.
Typo, meant 'now' looking forward to them
It's time for Capcom to FACE the facts, MvC:I is dead in the water
pic related
Apologize for what? Capcom blatantly doing a shit launch to milk dlc? Nah fuck off combofiend, Capcom likes to do low effort and cash out on dlc later, they did with SFV and they're doing it again.
Going to buy UMvC3 when Infinite launches. No apologies from me.
That's not too bad.
>Getting MVCI instead of DBFZ
for a PSOne game
>thinking you know anything about how MvCI will play just because you tried the shitty robot beat em up demo
>f-fuck crapcom for saying that functions are the most important aspects of a fighting game!
>asw makes 20 aesthetically distinct but functionally identical characters for dbfz
like pottery
If you think everyone in DBFZ looks the same gameplay wise you need to stop playing fighting games right now.
I'm actually a casual shitter and don't really care for fighting games. I just like dbz
>everyone
You literally can't fucking read.
I'm actually fucking looking forward to buy this game on sale with at least a few dlcs bundledhope the game won't die till then, because that's what probably everyone will be waiting for
The gameplay finally going back to MvC1's style instead of the clusterfuck that MvC2/3 was the best thing that could happen.
This thread makes it clear that most Sup Forums posters need to release their pent up sexual frustrations and fap to the Capcom logo until ejaculation.
>tag team fighter
trashed
Looks like shit, no
Are you sure you shouldn't just wait for Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite?
Mvc was dead after 2
Dragon ball fighters z will be the sequel we always deserved
I already own that and MvC2.
I can't say I have any reason to buy Infinite.
I'm not sure you'd have any reason to buy Infinite even if you didn't own those two. I mean, you could just buy one of the two.
Though I guess Infinite will have players online, which might be the only actual reason one would have to buy it...
>the sequel we always deserved
>literally the MvC3 button layout
>Flight nowhere to be found
>Most characters have a set of homogenous t-rex normals
What did he mean by this?
It's 99% sure that won't be a thing.
if UMvCI will exist it will be just the name of a bundle with all the dlc's but it won't be a different version. The game will be updated through a seasonal dlc system the same way SFV is.
>t-rex normals
Were talking about DBFZ here not UNIST
Infinite will play nothing like MvC3 or 2 did tho. It will be much closer to MvC1 which has the best gameplay in the series, it's only problem was it's small roster.
MVC1 is less popular than 2 and 3 for a reason, it's garbage compared to those.
I'm just gonna wait for a sale. I do want to play as Jedah though.
Right, the same reason why Third Strike is way more popular than SF4?
that jwong v daigo moment is more popular than anything SF4's ever done to the point where they even put it in the HD rerelease as one of the challenges.
>buying yet another capcom fighter after SFxT, SF5, UMVC and to a lesser extent USF4 were low quality garbage productions.
To be fair USF4 was still a great game, but that was because the SF4 framework was so good, USF4 itself was SFxT copypaste characters and buggy as shit.
the sole reason MvC1 is less popular than the others is because it's roster is much smaller in comparsion (15 vs 56).
But SF3 sold like shit in comparison to 2 and 4
so what? SF4 was still a lot more popular game and completely overtook SF3's place when it came out. That doesn't mean it was a better game tho.
Yeah right.
>tfw you had the same happen with No Man's Sky
I felt so fucking smug when it turned out to be a huge piece of shit like I predicted.
What's with capcom dropping the ball? MVCI, SFV, etc
It goes back earlier than that.
T-Rex means stubby you fucking idiot
Yeah, because popular things are always better?
Pure quality is the reason popular things get popular right?
Fuck off.
No but it sure is a clear indication when we know MVC2 is good, this isn't a Skyrim scenario.
SFxT didn't deserve the hate it got tho
the game was good and was bursting with content but people shittalked into flopping because it didn't give us even more content
Popularity matters more to their stockholders at Sony you raging autist
Quality dont mean shit to these people if it doesn't make back invested costs
It's clear tho why MvC2 was more popular than 1 was and it's because the game was almost 4 times bigger and portrayed pretty much every single popular Marvel and Capcom character at the time.
It was still a casualized version of MvC1 that dropped the good fundamental gameplay in favor of a bit more depth in team/assist composition.
