It was a platformer made exclusively for VR. It didn't have any gimmicks. It was just locked behind a VR headset for the sake of it.
The dev must've realized how fucking stupid it is to make a platformer exclusive to VR headsets and decided to port it to the Xbone.

The game looks fine for what it tries to do, and is priced accordingly at $30. I'm going to pick it up when it releases, seems like a charming game worth a playthrough. The character definitely could use some work; looks too generic.
Lucky's Tale was VR exclusive. This is supposed to be a sequel, but it's not like the story carries over so might as well treat it as a new game.
Blinx or Conker would have been preferable to this, but MS never bothered renewing the Blinx IP and Rare is too busy with Sea of Thieves to care about making another Conker game. MS already had their chance with Banjo but fucked up with Nuts n Bolts, I rather they let Banjo rest in peace.
