This shit is going to end soon and I'm looking for some comfy spooky games to play.
Are any of the games worth playing?

If you don't have anything in the bundle BTA is legit solid

Layers of Fear is a lot of fun, and Alien Isolation is great. No DLC is lame but you can pick it up for practically nothing during any sale anywhere

is the dlc of aliens any good?

Are DreadOut and its sequel/DLC thing worth $1?

I already have Lakeview Cabin Collection, and Dead Age looks boring, so I don't care about those unless someone wants to tell me that Dead Age is actually great somehow.

No

Yes

Maybe

It mostly just adds on Survival mission, which are just "Gather up resources and get to the exit without dying." So they're fun because they cut out all the fat from the game, but not worth worrying about.
It's not super comfy, but it's top tier horror. Definitely the best game in the bundle.

I don't know

Can you repeat the question?

Is dead by daylight a good MP experience?

You're not the boss of me now

worth for Alien and Layers of Fear alone really.

...

is that japanase siren game any good? it looks fucking awful.

is layers of fear good? looks like another jump scare shit

Thanks Reddit.

But seriously, should I pay $1 for that game?

Yes

no

definitely has some of the cheap jumpscares, but I still thought it was pretty good. if you like psychological horror and great in-game artwork then I say it's worth.

Error: Incorrect Answer

I bought the season pass just because I wanted to play as Ripley on the Nostromo, it was fun but you can finish it in 10 minutes or even less. The DLC isn't really worth it. Base game is ok if you enjoy Alien movies and want some A+++ atmosphere.

I haven't played the (standalone?) dlc, but the base game is decent and worth a dollar at least. It's only a buck, man, just buy it.

Heard decent things about all of them but the first one. Beware tho that Lakeview Cabin can be bullshit with the solutions

I thought it was meh jumpscare haunted house shit. Had it's moments tho but it was just walking around solving "puzzles"

I have like 250 hours on KF 2, you guys think I will enjoy dead by daylight? I really don't have much experience with multiplayer games.

Walking sim with a few cool moments, but mostly crap. Plot is bland, execution is overall nice, but nothing to write home about.

Apples to Oranges

Ok let me rephrase my question, is it fun?

Not even similar at all. Your question is the equivalent of I love call of duty will I love starcraft

Just finished Dreadout last night, Easily worth the $1

DBD is all about running and hiding
KF2 is about herding and shooting

dunno mate, it looks clunky as fuck.
What did you liked about it?

Spooky Fatal Frame clone didn't expect much but it was pretty nice quite a few bugs though

is it like silent hill games where brainlets like me had to use a guide to finish it?

Dead By Daylight is a fucking mess of a game that dials back HARD on the horror aspect and is more like a disturbing game of tag.
>Servers are hosted on the Killer's Internet, no dedicated whatsoever
>It's 4 v 1
>If the Killer hits you twice (in most circumstances,) you get knocked down and he picks you up and tosses you on a hook
>5% chance to break free, 3 tries, or someone can come and take you off, you can get hooked twice without dying and after unhooking, 1 hit downs you again unless healed (you lose your 2nd chance at living on hook if you struggle 3 times or sit there long enough)
>You can also bleed out on the ground, but it's easier to save you
>Perks and bullshit that give players a huge advantage in various regards and give the Killer a fighting chance at high-level play
Etc. etc. don't play it unless you got 3 friends who would follow you to the grave playing random games or enjoy the prospect of getting taunted for being ineffective as a Killer and once in a blue moon annihilating.

Only one way you can really go, Little bit of walking around a area to find a key or other item sometimes

>Servers are hosted on the Killer's Internet, no dedicated whatsoever
shit nigga, this sounds awful.

it's $1. don't bother replying, just fuck off to piratebay if this is still a debate for you

Yeah. And I'm not even sure if there's any region locking. The matchmaking literally throws the first 4 eligible players (that is, if there's 3 solos and then a part of 2 in queue, it'll skip the 2-pack since it wouldn't fit) into the next open Killer's lobby as Survivors. Then, the match starts. During the starting animation, anyone can leave without any penalty. Many people do just to make everything worse for everyone else. Possibly bots, I have no idea, but I've had upwards of THREE people leave in the time between start-lock and start/between start and actually finish loading into the match and beginning. Still quite common last I played a few weeks ago. And in addition, if the Killer has shitty Internet, that means every Survivor rubberbands like a motherfucker and the Killer will probably just win outright. Thankfully, it's still better than Friday the 13th.

Killers had a connection advantage yet they still bitch about being underpowered
