cook serve delicious isn't a good cooking game. It might be a good tycoon game, or some other genre, but the cooking aspect is far too shallow to be considered a good cooking game.

surprisingly, yes. It's worth at least an hour or two of your time if you already have it. It gets really addicting as the story progresses
