Obviously. Why would you want a Japanese game based in Japan with Japanese characters with Japanese areas and Japanese signs to be voiced in English? The first game had it and it was hilariously awful.
Ridge Racer 7 is pretty good OP. Kinda loses the focused arcade flavor of earlier games, but this is the last good entry into the series. Every other game after are stripped down repackages with gimmicks.
