What are some of your favorites? I'm looking for another horror mod to play having already completed Afraid of the Dark, Cry of Fear and They Hunger. Half Life 2 mods are okay as well.

Paranoia was one of the first HL mods to truly overhaul the engine itself too, with stuff like bump-maps and dynamic flashlight. It's partly thanks to these ruskies that CoF looks as good as it does.
