I just hate Metal Gear Rising Revengance's title.

Start with Demons souls, its the only game totally worth it, then go for Red ded redemption, bayonetta(tho if you got a wiiu get that insted)

Im gonna be frank with you, sony exclusives during last gen werent very good, they werent bad, but they generally where mediocre copys of other better more succsesfull games, but i guess you could still try stuff like ratchet and clank, sly cooper, uncharted, GoW, Metal gear solid 4 (try to get the legacy collection if you havent played the others) etc

PC version and WiiU version also exist. PS3 is a last resort/maybe even skip entirely if your only place to play it is PS3

the original slims are more reliable than the super slims. super slims are notorious for faulty drive covers overtime and they run hotter than slims because they use less efficient cooling.

30fps is perfectly playable if you aren't a graphics whore. Many N64 games run at even less

Xbox has the same power and WiiU has roughly the same. PS3 version has no reason to run like it does, and the game is designed around better performance.

The general rule is, if it's on PS3 and 360, it's better on 360. Unless it's a fighting game or maybe something like DMC or MGS where the series is generally associated with Playstation because of the controller. The PS3 was apparently difficult for 3rd parties to figure out.

Yakuza 3-5 are a must if you have an open mind and like Shenmue like stuff. If you didnt play Ninja Gaiden, Sigma 1 and 2 and 3 available.

Tales of Xillia are OK I guess. I say mod your PS3 and play Vesperia.

He's right though. People who spout the 60 FPS meme just do it to fit in. Is 60 FPS nice? Yeah, sure, but 30 FPS is perfectly fine. Plenty of great games run at 30 FPS. Being a FPS whore means you're missing out on great games.
