All Fox Engine games have completely hardcoded references to certain actions and an absurd filesystem structure that varies per game, whether it be dynamic or internal. Plus, each Fox Engine game has it's own internal modifications to itself apparently, as shown with Pro Entertainment Soccer.
So porting PT is pretty much close to impossible.
