That's old Kasumi. New Kasumi doesn't shy away from fight anymore and just gets shit done. And not even that, she always got shit done, she literally kills Raidou in the first game and she even does it in the context of the tournament unlike anyone else. She is still a Ninja, she's not killing people left and right on DOA because it's about fighting in an unarmored organized tournament.
