speaking of DD, how many maps are there after the first overworld? I know there's a city to the north and the forest to the south, are those as large as the initial one? I've done just about everything I can and fully explored this map and I'm about to go to the castle and meet the duke and I wonder how much more of the game is left. I'm level 20 something and I know you're supposed to be around 50 when you beat the game

Divine Divinity took me 69 hours of playing normally, so be prepared for that.

If you actually want to speed through it, then invest points into Scorpion Traps and then the Command skill so you can keep them as pets. Due to a bug, scorpion traps level up as lvl 100, 200, 300, etc. instead of lvl 10, 20, 30, etc.. You will tear right through everything in the game - sometimes too quickly to even hear the dialogue of bosses.

Why?
1)could run around literally emptying all the houses and selling everything off.
This was immediately immersion breaking.
Why even allow that if you wont setup a proper system for thieving.
2)The story was drab.
It really was. If the atmosphere of the story itself preserved the atmosphere of the music this would be one of my most favorite games.
3) pacing issues.
I really dislike spending hours on end doing docile quests in the city to then go out and do combat for hours...I enjoy it more when the experience is smoother between the two.

Steam has the workshop and a larger multiplayer community if you're friendless but want co-op for some reason... GOG has the moral high ground

Do requirements scale up in terms of stats or schools? Like I expect some weapons or gear to require X strength, is it going to be the same for schools? Like spells requiring X level on that school, or gear requiring such things?
Currently thinking which skill i should just pump into between warfare, strength and poly (which would give strength again)

On nexus and normie shit you will find normal mods, but on the larian creation club you will find the real and supported mods with a chance to support your favourite modders for even more content.
