Those games aren't in Cipher yet, except for maybe a couple promo cards. I think Thracia is in the next set that comes out in a week or two, though. Most casuals only know Reinhardt anyway.

Actually, her name was Sheeda in the European translation of Shadow Dragon, so he might just be a muslim and not a weeaboo. Caeda is still supposed to be pronounced Sheeda anyway so it really doesn't matter.
