how do you get viewers on twitch?
How do you get viewers on twitch?
Show tits
not a grill
and?
Show feet.
you have to have viewers to get viewers
Punch your viewers.. Or something
Have a consistent stream schedule. If you just stream at random periods then the people who may have watched your previous stream could be asleep at the time you do another.
You're probably going to have to have some sort of reason why you stand out. It could be you're extremely good at the game you're playing. It could be you're really funny. It could just be that you're extremely genuine. People will respect you for different reasons. Just be yourself: if you end up getting somewhere with it without being yourself you'll be forced to put on that persona forever, which you'll almost certainly get sick of.
Try to keep the stream clean. By that I mean don't litter it with borders, donation sections etc. You can maybe get away with that once your channel grows.
You can't be one of the people who streams a current fad games and gets thousands of viewers. Don't even try.
Instead you need to pander to nostalgia and be a (fake) friend to your viewers. You also have to stream A LOT. hours on end, days on end. Pick a game that was popular 5-10 years ago and play it all the time.
When you first start out, do have mic, do talk to your stream. The whole reason why people watch streams over per-recorded is mostly the interaction with the streamer.
DON'T start with a face cam (add it if you can get ~200 viewers concurrent), also don't start with follower alerts or donations. Going straight to the layout associated with "successful streams" while you only have 2 viewers just drives people away.
Don't call out lurkers.
Why would someone subject themselves to this for fuck all money?
It's called Differed Gratification
You only add donations as a thing after you already achieved moderate success, otherwise you'll never get to a point where people will be willing to give you money.
Yeah but the time spent getting to moderate success would be $1000s at any normal job and even when you reach it, its still both mediocre and unreliable income.
welcome to streaming for income
say nigger
Git gud at speedrunning a game people will enjoy watching
can i stream whatever? like stream IRL if i want, stream shit i have on my stream library that i've played a ton?
>Be a girl with facecam
>Have an interesting personality
>Speedruns
>Pro mlg gaming
>Just stream for fun and not care about how many viewers you get
>Say "nigger" and "faggot" alot
How do i get viewers on chaturbate? Forever page 20.
Don't suck at the games you play.
People wanna see some cool shit.
Be good at some popular game, and use viewbots to make potential viewers think real people are watching you.
>stream shit i have on my stream library that i've played a ton?
Yes, do that, but only if that shit was popular or niche popular at some point.
People find new streams do it based off game being played. Generally it's something that's familiar to them. Watching games you're already interested in is way more common than finding new games through watching streams
Be narcissistic, but also severely insecure
>how do you get viewers on twitch?
1. Have a non shit stream quality, 720p 30fps is fine
2. Network with other streamers playing your game, try and see if they will host you
3.???
4. viewbot
what's a good viewbot?
Set up a youtube channel that focuses shows highlights of you having fun in your game. You dont have to show full gameplay especially if you dont talk often or have any advice to give about the game but creating a compilation reel of your game and post them on youtube. you can go further and actually give effort into your product and do game reviews, ramblings, and lets plays if you can talk and play. And begin to slowly build a youtube subscriber base. Then advertise on youtube that you are currently streaming at twitch, i and subscribed to some niche youtube channels that only play 1 game and stream that game often and they can get around 30 viewers a stream. not much but its niche shit. youd be doing the same but with AAA games. So expect like 100 viewers and then you create a self sustained cycle.
>play on twitch(make money)
>clip highlights from stream
>everyones happy
if you dont want to do youtube and only do twitch find a genre of games you like, not necessarily just one game. And create a fun persona so you arent just "dude with a webcam plays a game" but instead become "DrDisrespect DESTROYS THESE PUNK KIDS on PUBG!" But some people have too much respect for themselves to behave such but its probably worth doing for the money.
>overwatch
>grrl gamer
>dressing like a massive slut
>cat ears
>pink shit
