It's worse than Dragon Age 2.

I have the platinum trophy for it and bought it again on PC. Easily 1000+ hours in the game across all my playthroughs. I like it, not nearly as much as I love DA:O but I do enjoy it.

I like it, but I don't love it. Still, thousand hours of gameplay for me, so it isn't a complete failure.

The only good part of it was the tresspasser dlc

Dialog is shit
Combat is pretty fun tho
only wish they scaled the levels with your character
defeating a lvl 13 dragon isnt hard when your party is 19

It's okay. Gameplay is fine, and had some fun moments. I completed with a character from every race. Romance options are total shit, unless you are an elf girl dating Solas
Trespasser is GOAT DLC

Draon Age Origins was so much better, but at least it wasn't as bad as DA2.

Trespasser is great. Cullen is best boy.

you know what they fucked up the most? the fucking side quests

Dragon Age Origins and II at least had compelling sidequests but 90% of Inquisition was stupid fucking mmo fetch quests

if there going to continue with the Inquisition shit for 4 have ACTUAL more quests and maybe a MGS5 FOB style shit

this 2bh, the characters bored me to death and that's a major part of the appeal with dragon age, 2 had good characters but was overall a shit game. inquisition has shit characters and a shitty "chosen one jesus" story that didn't engage me at all. i was very disappointed with this game because i was actually looking forward to it.

Garbage plot, MMO tier quests, your party members are pretty retarded in combat, but everything looks slightly prettier.

Dragon fights were fun from what I remember

Same. 2 did a lot of things wrong but what it got right was the characters. The cast in Inquisition are honestly so bland and boring by comparison it's just disappointing.

It's even more retarded than a '' chosen one jesus '' storyline. It's basically '' a completely unrelated character finds themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time, touches a magical orb and becomes the savior '' which is fucking dumb.

I just hope that in DA4, you don't become some big-shot savior of Thedas, because that's really not fun at all.

It's a great game in a lot of ways, it's nowhere near as good as Origins but still very enjoyable. You feel like you're actually building a resistance which is fun, there's a ton of shit to do if you are okay with MMO box checking, and the companions are mostly not bad

Totally. I'm still mad this concept art wasn't realized in the game. Becoming the divine (for whatever reason you choose) should've been a thing. That throne belongs to the savior of Thedas ffs.

Combat is also very bland,pretty much removed all the complexity from previous titles

It's okay, the "open world" is a bit naff feels lifeless

Biggest problem with combat is how it limts you to 8 skill slots. It limits your potential build options immensely which is fucking retarded considering they don't even allow you to level shit like stats or anything.

half the quests in the game are notes you pick up off the ground that say something like "hehe i buried my stolen treasure at X nobody will ever find it" with no interaction or dialogue or characters or even anything interesting happening.

I hate that they're a fucking Mary Sue. You're a literally who. Origin's origin protagonists we're literally all exceptional canonically. It's just that Duncan wasn't there to save them all. Hawke has to fight tooth and nail to get where they are. They also if a mage and Warden was a human mage are related. It is very believable. The last is just a nigger with a thing on his hand. I have no reason to think that unless it has to do with that hand you should be incompetent. I know some things get mentioned about you past but it isn't nearly fucking enough.

I bought it for $5, so I think I got my money's worth.

Character creation is great, but as per usual with these new bioware games there are very few actual likeable characters. I actually really enjoyed the gameplay but I think that is also a lot of people's main complaint; it's basically a singleplayer MMO.

At least it was better than 2. I enjoyed it but never finished it. first one is still the best. 2 was complete garbage
