Is this game good yet?
Is this game good yet?
bump
No, play Stellaris or Endless Legend. Or Civ 5.
Nah
It will never be god. Play 2 and 4.
sage
Wait for Civ VII to come out before buying VI.
No.
Civ V all expansions still best.
Ignore the IV wankers. That was best at vanilla stage.
No.
Civ V with all expansions isn't even better than III, let alone IV.
Enjoy your braindead casual game.
civ6 is such a bad game those retards will never make good ai
It has its faults but I like it a lot, pirate it with all the dlcs and buy it once the super special edition with all the expansions comes out
No its fucking not. No it fucking won't be until an expansion. Stop fucking asking.
How wrong can you be?
I play V, but I wish certain things about VI were in it. Like districts.
Most of the new stuff in VI are genuinely great ideas implemented in an awful manner.
Dunno, I've never tried being wrong.
civ iv is the only good civ game
civ v is a fucking joke
>muh deathstacks
sad
Good:
>escort formations
>corps, armies/fleets and armadas
>great people actually have have special abilities depending on each person
>districts give cities a better look
>barbarians fuck your shit up
Bad:
>can't rename cities you founded or conquered
>AI is still a passive aggressive bitch
>Having a tall empire is not viable
>getting envoys for city states is one painful process
>there's literally no need for you to have a navy
>religious victory is incredibly retarded
>barbarians fuck your shit up
>counter espionage is still as shit as in V, but with worse results
>incredibly underwhelming amount of civilizations, and 3 of them are fucking Greece
wish they didn't nickle & dime with dlc
>muh tall
stop being so lazy and expand your lands user
btw you can rename cities now
Fuck off Trajan, I don't want to micromanage 1 gorillion cities like you
Don't forget
>Fucking shit unit movement
isnt it past your bedtime, grandpa? Next you probably says that its better when vaccines werent invented and polio are christmas present
Why did they make this change? Movement in V was slow enough as it was and warring on anybody remotely distant from you was a nightmare. Why did they choose to exacerbate the problem?
>>Having a tall empire is not viable
Good. Stop demanding to be able to not build an empire in an EMPIRE BUILDING GAME
If those games seem old to you, you need to leave Sup Forums.
I prefer expanding by the blade and having puppet captured cities so I don't have to micromanage them. I wish they gave you that option, it's now either keep or raze, and getting a lot of warmongering points for razing a 2 population city is not worth it
Play on smaller maps.
If you don't want to micromanage a hundred cities and twice as any units every turn and spend 400 hours on a single game, you are what ruined the Civ series. It went down the shitter once Firaxis started "streamlining" and pandering to casuals like you.
