Hey kid, I've got some Creation Club Mini-DLCâ„¢ down here. It all just works down here. And when you're down here, you can climb that mountain too!

H-how much does it cost?

>Creation club launches
>they charge for power armor matte black recolor
>most of the mods they have on offer already have better looking and functioning versions for free
What were they thinking?

It's free, of course! You just need credits to get the Creation Club Mini-DLCâ„¢, bucko. Come on, you like Fallout 4 don't you?

mom told me not to talk to manlets

Toddywise the scamming clown?

It's funny because he's not even in the sewer.

Why can't I just buy the mods I want?

How can I climb a mountain in a sewer?

Are you lying to me?

THEY'RE NOT MODS
THEY'RE DLC

>What were they thinking?
I think it just boils down to that, at some level, they weren't thinking. If Creation Club does/will have more than simple recolors or armor sets then somewhere along the line there wasn't the necessary degree of thought put into their opening lineup because it ended up being exactly what people feared it would be. If they had the option they should have held off until they had something worthwhile or substantial enough to show people value in the system. Now because their opening bid was so lackluster they're trying to ensure people that there's better stuff in the works which is a lot harder to swallow than proving it's possible from the start.

Best case scenario it was out of their control, either there was an order from higher up along the lines of "We're burning through money here, I don't care what you have ready just throw it out there so we can start making some money back" or internally they had a deadline and they just put out whatever was ready by that date.

MOOOOOODS

Do they climb mountains down there?

IT JUST FLOATS, LADDIE.

>try out FO4 survival mode
>take damage and suffer broken legs while overencumbered
>can only sleep for 3 hours in a sleeping bag

I can deal with most of the other bullshit, but come on

Then don't be overencumbered, that's the point.
Sleeping bags are all over the place so being able to sleep in them for more would make it too easy. Think of them as checkpoints.
What annoyed me the most was the sheer amount of loading screens you constantly have to go through thanks to no fast travel, ironically enough.

Are they putting creation club into skyrim for switch?

What do you think?

I BETSCHU HAVE A LOT OF MODCHS

Someone please add todd face to the dancing gif

provide me dancing gif and todd and I might do it if I feel like it

>try out FO4
Found you're probelms

My dad says I shouldn't buy mods because it sets a precedent for nickle and diming the customer for user-created content that has been free for decades.

YOU ALL TASTE BETTER WHEN YOU'VE BEEN MODDED!

I AM ETERNAL, CHILD! I AM THE EATER OF OPEN WORLDS AND OF IPS AND YOU ARE NEXT!

Why would I buy mods when I can get them for free, Toddy?

>One of these fellows had crawled out from under the porch of the house at 29 Neibolt Street one day and had offered to give Eddie a horse armor for a quarter. Eddie had backed away, his skin like ice, his stature as short as a gnome. One of the game developer's nostrils had been eaten away. You could look right into the red, scabby channel.
>'I don't have a quarter,' Eddie said, backing toward his bike.
>'I'll give it to you for a dime,' the developer croaked, coming toward him. He was wearing platform shoes. Yellow puke was stiffening across the lap. He unzipped his fly and reached inside. He was trying to grin. His nose was a red horror.
>'I . . . I don't have a dime, either,' Eddie said, and suddenly thought: Oh my God he's got dlc! If I buy it, I'll just encourage him to make more! His control snapped and he ran. He heard the developer break into a shuffling run behind him, his old platform shoes slapping and flapping across the riotous lawn of the empty saltbox house.
>'Come back here, kid! I'll give you a 3D render of a cheese wheel for in-game credits. Come back here!'
