Be sure to play the Episodes. Episode One is more Anticitizen One + Ravenholm and Episode 2 is like that section between Ravenholm and Highway 17 (where you enter a mine and encounter the first sniper) + a souped up version of Highway 17.
I also recommend Research and Development, a puzzle-based mod. No gunplay, but plenty of great setpieces. Pure fun.
