ITT: Autistic shit you do in vidya

In multiplayer I'll RP as the character I'm playing as and taunt the other players when I get a kill. Like in a WW2 game if I kill a German as a Soviet I'll say something like "that was for Stalingrad, you sick son of a bitch!" Outloud

>"that was for Stalingrad, you sick son of a bitch!"
>when Germans were BTFO there

I can't believe how retarded Americans are

I repeat everything someone else says in multiplayer.

In every game with a character creator, I always make one character called Johnny Dickcheese, where hes a time travelling dimension and universe traveller who in my headcannon, is the character of any game with a character creator.

>it's 4am in US
>he doesn't know what is time zones

I can't believe how retarded Euroslims are

I talk to my characters. Like when playing Sonic if he dies I'll say "Don't worry buddy you'll do better next time!" then I give my monitor a hug.

Alright, sweetie, calm down.

Chad deserved it.

>implying the average 4channer doesn't stay up till 5AM and then sleep till after lunch

> Stalingrad was perfectly fine and nothing was ruined after the battle

I can't believe how stupid you, through no connection to your birthplace, are as an individual.

Not sure if you could classify it as autistic but I usually turn the music either down or completely off in most games I play in order to really soak in the ambiance of the game more (alot of this comes in part from the sound design of the game itself, visuals are great and all but a game with good sound design can really further immerse the player within the game world)

Alien Isolation is a p good example of this, it has a soundtrack but I played the game every time with the music turned off since the sound design is just so excellent and does a great job of bringing you even further into it.

I sometimes hold my breath when my character goes underwater in a 1st person or 3rd person game

I move my mouse in sync with the gun reloading animation

I attempt to make friends with the enemy even in competitive shooting games like Rainbow 6 Siege. If I can get them to dance with me, in my heart I won the game.

In Souls PvP, when things aren't looking good for me, I just run away from my opponent and waste their time by making them chase me; or I just do that right from the get-go.

In games that allows it, walk instead of running in peaceful places like hubs, taverns, shops. I'm trying not to be autistic too much so if I need to reach some far place I will run/ride something. But for example, in MGSV I always walked to helicopter on Motherbase.

I think the only time I've walked in a open world game is while walking to the helicopter. It felt satisfying.

if i feel a gun doesn't have enough recoil i'll move my mouse to simulate what feels like "proper" recoil to my brain

Does your character reply to you.

>i'm outta here

I talk to the player character.
I also narrate what I'm doing or planning to do when playing Thief or Styx, either while ghosting or completing the missions as quickly as possible.
I RP in Elder Scrolls games, in the sense that I don't use my meta knowledge of the game and instead only do things that my character would know about. To mix it up on subsequent playthroughs, I give each character knowledge about one specific thing (like maybe a prospective assassin character might have heard about the DB operating in Skyrim and keep an ear out for anything related to it).
I unironically teabag the nearest dead enemy in MP shooters at the end of each round.

Have you ever actually shot a gun IRL?

I just got intel from HQ, we are ETA 5 minutes to bedtime, boys.

Spam tf2 voiceline binds. Mostly c+4 when my team is losing. Do it on l4d2 as well just to annoy randos

literally everyone does this

>turn music off
>game has no ambiance
fuck

I turn the music off in games I WANT to be immersive.
Farcry 3 for example, the game doesnt feel as low brow when there are no music spikes and forgettable music droning over action sequences, that weed farm scene was fucking weird without the music though and I remember kindof stopping and thinking it felt off when the character keeps saying shit that is suppose ot be exciting, and there are random explosions happening

When the character shouts out "HOLY FUCK THIS IS AWESOME" like hes trying to shout over the music and make hype for the scene when there is no music happens very often in the game, and clearly shows that the developers wanted scenes to play out and feel alot more cinematic and to their specification, rather than how the player just experiences the game
>sneaking through cave
>character randomly shouts shit out
>the scene was suppose to be me running and gunning through this segment with music blaring, but I was sneaking through it.

Another game to note that has godly sound design but is somewhat overshadowed by harsh music is Dead Space games, the audio stings in that are fucking awful. the sounds of everything in the game is stellar but the music just drowns it out.
