Claire's been virused now. I'll be interesting in seeing what long-term effects it has on her.
Jill's infection started off pretty well, but then turned her ugly. And of course Sherry's virus keeps her young and gives her magical healing powers.
Last we saw, Claire's virus appeared to be turning her into another Ada clone.

That's how it usually works. Both Sherry and Jill seem to have been enhanced by their viruses. I also swear I read somewhere that constant use of the green herbs built up resistance to viral infection.

The green herbs don't matter. Its just canon that aside from Jill, Sherry, Moira and Claire, no playable RE protagonist has ever been bit, scratched, or infected in any way.
