I'm losing interest in Video Games

There's nothing but cinematic experiences and sandbox games with cinematic experience controls. I started as a normal and these shit games have pushed me to become an anime titty lover, because in those games there's more gameplay than in today's triple AAA titles. Everyone wants to tell you about their personal story through a video game, force politics into video games, and it's all driving me away. I thought video games were.... video games, not real life. Why do you Americans get butt hurt when the characters don't have any ugly traits? Why do we need gay characters, I thought gay was bad in real life. By adding gays you're confusing your son at a young age. No wonder he grew up liking cocks.

What happened to the video games that were nothing more than a person's imagination? A world with flying boats and flying whales and stuff. Assuming there's even 1% of you that's not being ironic: THE INDUSTRY IS NOT A MONOLITH. Great games come out every year. The good thing about a large industry is that there's a lot of room for niches. Even if the AAA releases are dogshit there's still the AA and indie scene.

You unironically need to go back. Play old games. No cinematic shit. No politics. Just games. Buy a chipped xbox with coin-ops or whatever. There are thousands of games on it. No doubt games you've never played before. Sit down and play them instead. Actively search for old games you've never played. I discovered Skitchin', a skateboard game with an awesome soundtrack, and the Arcade version of Battletoads (very different from the nes version) and many more interesting games.
