How much should you invest in actual peripherals if you want to be a good at FPS games?

Skill is more important than equipment, but poor equipment will limit you

boobmouse pads are not meant to play FPS but I do it anyway

> logitech

disgusting. Why are you not using a real gaming mouse like razer?

>love live
hell yea, my nigga

I respect your taste in Raibus, I personally would have looked for Nozomi but I think the pad would just be too big.
Inverse-wise for Nico.

Yes, up to a point. A shitty, sticky table like they have in university computer labs makes mouse movement a lot worse than a good table or a good mouse pad. A shitty keyboard with a "deadzone" for key presses is a lot worse than a mechanical keyboard. A good mouse probably isn't as important but still has an impact.

Past getting decent stuff though, you're not getting much out of the additional money you spend on top tier equipment.

No, there have been pro FPS players that wrecked everybody on shitty laser mice with a fuck-ton of input lag. Meanwhile, there are thousands of shitters in every shooter using a mouse with a flawless sensor while being unable to hit shit. Equipment is important but it won't make you better at the game.

Max of like $50 for a good mouse and $15-20 for a big mousepad. I'd say that a nice, low sensitivity and plenty of room for your mouse is more important than a top-tier mouse.

shit, i really wish i didn't have a budget so i oul just spend money on this and not regret it later

no equipment improves your aim, only impedes it, so you want whichever has the least detriment

Wouldn't those actually be bad for your wrist? You aren't supposed to rest your wrist down when using the computer because it compresses your nerves.

Unless it's garbage that's literally falling apart and suffering mechanical failures, it's fine.

Nigger what the fuck, a good mouse that doesn't skip when you swing it around with an eatsports 50cm/360° sensitivity is probably the /only/ important peripheral you actually need for FPS. That, and a good monitor. And a big ol' mousepad, obviously.
