Why the fuck didn't they ever make a Story Mode DLC?
takes too much effort, not as profitable as milking shark card whales
>tfw Rockstar went the way of the Valve
IT CAN'T KEEP HAPPENING
>DLC
>for a 2013 game
huh?
Good goyim, buy those shark cards
>Run one of the biggest online cash cows in gaming history
>make content that would stop income from said cash cow for said period
and why would they do that
POORFAG
Get ready to pay for special horses in Read Dead Online because that's never going to get story DLC either.
Moronic Le Online Mode faggots are so easy to milk. all passion is gone from rockstar now that they've seen the light.
It's more Telltale's fault
Stealth money hacks have been undetected for almost an entire year now
>I prefer to spend 20$ a month to have fun rather than 60$ to have fun for years.
It's not about the price, GTA V Online is simply fucking garbage
At least they keep releasing new content every few months instead of some dumb fucking skin every month for 5$, I hate micro transactions, God damn stupid normies, when will they see it's a ripoff?
Stupid people will always do stupid things. I can't blame Telltale for doing what they're doing, it
certainly works.
It's a shame, since Rockstar have a lot of talented people working for the company, yet they're stuck making GTA Online DLC that's basically all the same.
No doubt, I've abused the shit out of them and bought up all the DLC shit, kept a few cars to sell for 3, 400 million.
It's just fuckin stupid to see people still shelling out so hard for shark cards
From my purely rhetorical experience kids don't buy shark cards, they just think money drops are still a thing. Maybe one or two will brag on mic about his shark card around Christmas but he's typically made fun of in chat until he disconnects.
I still don't know how they're going to justify jewery in Red Ded Online. The selection of guns and 'vehicles' is going to be gimped hard compared to GTA (understandably so) and I can't really imagine other things people would shell out for. Wooden shacks? A fucking train?
I will be surprised if rock star/take-two don't get a lawsuit from WB for that.
It's cheaper, and more profitable, to make shitty skins for existing content. It also takes a fraction of the time. They'll only stop if people stop buying it.
Didn't that game let you ride around on rhinos and donkeys? Doesn't current GTA Online give you a fucking batmobile and rocket bike? They'll figure out ways to milk it, no one said the items available have to be strictly cowboy-related.
This is a real car in GTAO now? Looks like a mod.
I left after the APC was added, even though I have like 5 billion modded gta bucks and was able to buy everything in every update I can't be bothered to play the game anymore
Pretty sure the Batmobile is just a mod because that picture is from single player and single player doesn't get any of the GTAO content lol.
I like to think R* have enough integrity not to fuck with the setting of Red Dead though. I can see some semi-outlandish things in the game but if they let you buy a hoverboard then Rockstar kys yourself my man.
>Pretty sure the Batmobile is just a mod because that picture is from single player and single player doesn't get any of the GTAO content lol
gta.wikia.com
real
it's not available for purchase yet, but it's in the game files
They can't milk it with a gazillion cars like GTAO because there's only so many horses you can create but it'll probably be outfits out the ass and I wouldn't put it past them to put in a hoverboard as an epic BTTF3 lol reference
I stand corrected. Rockstar and TakeTwoShekels can go fuck themselves.
Rockstar would probably put that in as an easter egg only for Telltale to monitize it
It would be nice if you had some way to access them in single player.
I realise that the whole way this thing works is that they're hiding them behind obscene GTA$ values, and doing that in Single Player is easily abusable, but it just kind of sucks that you can't access them AT ALL in single player.
Maybe add them to single player six months later if you really want them to maintain some kind of value prospect online but come on, it's ridiculous that a GTA game is getting all these crazy vehicles and none of them are available at all in the single player.
Fucking this. I don't like GTAO, but I do like the singleplayer. Having them for unlock in the singleplayer would be fucking awesome and bring me back to the game, but fuck that apparently.
After the bullshit with mods, I'm done with it.
If it's set in the 20's like the rumors suggest then that won't be a problem. You ready for gold plated tanks and biplanes?
It's because nobody is even working on the SP any more,
It's really stupid they expect us to spend $50 real world dollarydoos on a car we can't even test drive first. I can imagine all the people that saved up for that expensive sports car, get it, then immediately hate it. They should be available in SP to try out then if you want to fuck around online obviously charge the idiots dumb enough to buy them.
