Wind Waker is my favorite. It was such a fun adventure with great visuals and music. WWHD is nice to look at.

A link to the past, it hasn't aged at all and still gives an amazing sense of adventure with actual progression with acquiring new items that allows you to explore more land and find more cool stuff.
Gameplay is still top tier even now and the dark world was a cool gimmick, making exploration even more fun and layered.
I can understand people saying OOT is the best one though but I honestly think it hasn't aged well at all.
I also haven't played BotW so I can't really talk about it.

Because while Z targeting or whatever it's called was revolutionary at the time, it is now fairly archaic compared to modern games that have the same mechanic (even if it is a shitty example, Dark Souls does it better for example), while ALttP pretty much nailed the top down action RPG.
What I said about exploration and adventure is honestly valid for both which is why I said I'd understand if people like OOT more.

I played ALTTP for the first time last year on an emulator. Going in blind, just exploring shit as I go, investigating everything I can, talking to people, acquiring new items and weapons and shit, the non-linear design it was a great experience even today. I can definitely see why people praise it so much, it's still a fantastic game to this day and pretty much everyone should play it at least once.

Wind Waker. Best adventure atmosphere, easily even. The soundtrack and art are just amazing. It felt so incredibly fresh back then, like nothing else before. Literally playing a cartoon.
The gameplay was amazing too. Even today it still plays like a dream.

I think on my first playthrough, it was Minish Cap, but over the years and multiple playthroughs, Link to the Past has taken over, the fast pace and freedom the game offers just allure me, I'll admit its puzzles are a bit weak but everything else it top notch.

MM's my favorite because the fun side quests and the cool mask gimmick. WW and BotW I'd probably tie at second because of the raw sense of adventure they have. I know its an unpopular opinion, but quiet stretches of calm, nothingness are some of my favorite parts of adventure games, its maximum comfy.
