Well, the thematic of P3 is dead and sacrifice so isn't suprising you get a few christian references.Door-kun final Persona is The messiah for example, and door-kun actions are similar to those of Jesus when he sacrificed for the world, also imitating the part when he comes back to say bye to his friends before he goes away again. But then you have The Answer.

I believe she's got the best designed ultimate Persona for multiple reasons, one of them being the deep symbolism in it.

True, christian symbolism is very ingrained in P3.
But other mythologies are also in play, stuff like Akihiko and Shinji's personas being brothers comes to mind
