Health Potions taste like a hearty soup, except the broth is cough syrup.
Mana Potions taste like sugar water.

Oh shit. I still can't get over that. Man I wish I could've seen the look on some of the peoples faces who got that

oh my fuck I completely forgot about that

I still remember that faggot that broke the sword the moment he got it

His heart and his sword broke at the exact same moment. The flask he took in stride, but the bent sword that snapped just took all the life out of him.

I bet it tastes like the smell of wood burning somewhere off in the distance during a cold winter day.

Early 90's recipe Sunny D

A mixture of rum and Pepto-Bismol.

Disgusting

I love that smell

oh man, this.

Smell of burning wood does not sound refreshing at all.

Well yeah, burning wood sounds warm.

The best smell, shit man it's such a fleeting feeling as well, I love it.

mohamet plz go

I think it tastes like ginger ale

flavourless warm liquid

Considering that their source of power is the bonfires, maybe it's supposed to taste like burning wood, or ashes.
Hell, maybe it tastes like heath regen?

It tastes like fire because that's all it is. That's why it refills at the bonfires. Why would it taste like lemon?
The word estus probably comes from the latin aestus anyway, which means agitation, seething, heat, fire, boiling or can refer to a sea swell none of which make me think it tastes like american corn syrup drinks or ginger.

>such a fleeting feeling
Just like the estus.

I bet it tastes like wood
(You)

Oh shit...

I bet it tastes like Fireball with ashes dumped in.

Thanks for your excellent contribution.

smells like shit

>tastes like fire

and water tastes like liquid.

Water (usually) doesn't have a taste. Liquid is a state of matter, the states of matter are liquid, gas, solid and plasma. Fire is not one of these states so it's not really a fair comparison.

Fire tastes like pain though.

Fire tastes like blazin' buffalo wings, nigga.

Or everclear.

Buffalo wings taste like chicken (which is a while 'nother discussion). As far as I could taste fire didn't taste like chicken but it really hurt.

It tastes like Sunny D, Fireball Whiskey, and a dab of grenadine.
