No, Nintendo is making strides and revolutionizing their formula, like they did in the N64 days. Now, look at how Nintendo has a "zoomed in" focus on open world elements, particularly on a non-linear game with many, many things to do and experience.

This is highlighted in Mario Odyssey, BotW, and Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

With this in mind, chances are they will adopt this in other franchises (open world Smash, Metroid Prime 4 which I am sure will be very open world, etc).

tl;dr Nintendo at the moment believes open world is the "in thing" so they will probably integrate it in most their games now.

Question. Would a GTX 770 run BotW? I'm not too used to having a computer that isn't shit.
